Students got home tired because of such school works. Then after, they still have a lot of homework to do. In finishing homework they’ll sleep late at night and then wake up very early to attend class in 7 am or earlier than that. It’s typically more difficult for adolescents to fall asleep earlier in the evening and it is normal according to the study. Some students that is too far in school are afraid to be late in class so they wake up earlier than other students and missed eating breakfast.
We all need sufficient sleep to have a great performance in school. Our brains and bodies won’t be doing as well with less sleep. So what’s the sense in attending early class if you can’t be active and just fall asleep. Everybody learns better when they are awake. So help us students to change the start time of class for students to evolve and have a chance to be well prepared for classes and being active all day.
